Sergei Mochtchenkov

Founder and CFO

I'm a CFA Charterholder, (Chartered Financial Analyst). I have created detailed, and data integrated financial models and BI dashboards for Fortune 500 companies. I have deep expertise in financial modeling, FP&A, budgeting, valuation, financial analysis, and data science. Everything a modern Fractional CFO needs to set up a finance department from scratch, and help you fundraise. I have over 10 years of experience as a CFO in Canadian, US, Australian and Italian companies. I've helped raise +$600 million to date in debt and equity for real estate projects and startups.

Denis Berezov

Business Manager; Controller

Having graduated from UBC with a major in Economics and Psychology; Denis has a solid foundation of business dynamics. He has additional background in accounting and real estate appraising. Recently having worked in online retail industry and real estate development. He is able to adjust to variety of rolls from negotiating with suppliers to running the company books. Denis’s main skill is researching any problem and breaking it down to it’s fundamentals to find the appropriate solution to either increase the bottom line or operating efficiency of a business.
